Customers must ensure gates are unlocked and aggressive pets are secured during scheduled visits. All products are plants and pet friendly. Severe weather may result in service delays, and cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid fees. Payment is due prior to or at time of service, with a $10 late fee applied after 7 days.
